Search and Rescue

The elements of the specialties of collapsed structures are holders of technical level training aimed at: 

• The creation of accesses

• Creation of security conditions for carrying out search and rescue of victims;

Preferred areas of training and/or experience 

Higher education in Civil Engineering and/or training and/or experience in Search and Rescue in Collapsed Structures. 

The Kinotechnics specialty aims at the application of binomials (team consisting of man and dog) in missions to search for people in large areas and rubble environments.

Volunteers in this specialty are expected to be able to:

• Carry out the training and maintenance of the canid's search capabilities;

• Keep your health and the canid in permanent activation conditions;

Preferred areas of training and / or experience

Training and/or experience searching large areas and rubble 

Rope rescue volunteers have technical level training to use rope techniques: 

• Access hard-to-reach places;

• Support the rescue of victims at height;

• Perform high-weight body movement techniques; 

Preferred areas of training and / or experience : 

Training and/or experience in rope rescue techniques and/or wide-angle rescue.
